Breast Self-Massage
Our heart space holds our greatest joys and our deepest sorrows. As we begin to navigate this life and experience pain and traumas, we can sometimes hold onto this in our heart space, our breasts. It is so helpful to bring attention and awareness to your heart space to break down the barriers to fully allow yourself to be open, to love, to joy, to all the spectrum of emotions.
This can be done daily or whenever you feel you need to open your heart space.
Prepare your space
-Find a comfortable (private) space: on your bed, your floor with blankets and pillows, on a couch
-Have a clean unscented oil. Clean meaning only use oils that are unscented or naturally scented with high quality essential oils. Oils and lotions that are scented with fragrance are hormone disrupter and should be avoided.
-Ground into your space: light a candle, dim the lights, have a crystal or anything you need to support you.
-Take your time and go at your own pace. You can pause the recording at any time that you need extra time to go slow.
