Feminine Awakening

 Jacquelyn Paige, Intuitive Energy Healer and Therapeutic Yoga Instructor, and Dr. Laura Kathryn, Pelvic Floor Physical Therapist and Energy Healer, have teamed up to bring you the ultimate Feminine Sexual Awakening class. If you are wanting to break down the barriers to fully step into your divine masculine and feminine flow, this class is just what you have been yearning for! It is time to empower ourselves to awaken and embrace our natural sexual energy.

As women, we are conditioned to place our needs behind others, especially our sexual needs and desires, and become disembodied from ourselves which inhibits us from fully stepping into our power and worth. In this class you will be guided into a yoga practice that will focus on awakening and harnessing your divine sexual energy. The mindful movement will guide you to become connected to your body, mind, and spirit. This will allow you to feel empowered and release any stagnant energy from within in you. Dr. Laura Kathryn will then provide an energy healing session for the group, focused on clearing any dense emotional energy that may be blocking your connection with your sexuality. We will then flow into a meditation guiding you to embrace the sexual energy of your inner goddess.

The class will end in a discussion, open to any that would like to participate, in an open dialogue around overcoming the barriers that inhibit us from giving this kind of love to ourselves. It is our hope that this connection and communication will allow others to feel empowered in taking the next steps to reconnecting to their divine sexuality.

*We encourage you to find a quiet space with adequate room for movement, grab a cup of tea and get cozy as we settle into this virtual sacred space. A yoga mat, blanket, pillows(for props and savasana) and water are recommended for this class. If you don't have a yoga mat, a blanket will work perfectly
