Womb and Ovary Cleanse

This ritual is meant to be a cleansing. This is beneficial to do before your ovulation phase to fully prepare your vessel to plant the seeds of creation. This ritual can be done before OR after the womb massage. Allow your intuition guide you here. The active time of the guided portion is 17 minutes with extra music for you at the end.

Prepare your Space

-Find a comfortable (private) space to sit

-Gather any items that will enhance your experience and allow you to fully sink in. IE: crystals, mantra, a painting or picture , candles, or an alter.

• Is there anything else that needs to be faced and brought to the surface before ovulation?
