Planting The Seeds

Ovulation is the time of expansion and conceiving. This ritual guides you to deeply connect with your ovaries and womb to call in the creations that want to be birthed through you. This is the time of planting the seeds and allowing this to bloom into the coming month. Your ovulation phase can be utilized for so much more than conceiving an physical baby. We all hold unique gifts and this is the time to allow magic to come to fruition.

Prepare your Space

-Find a comfortable (private) space: on your bed, your floor with blankets and pillows, or on a couch

-Have a clean oil or lotion: Clean meaning only use lotions and oils that are unscented or fragranced with high quality essential oils. Fragrance used in most cosmetics is a hormone disrupter and should be avoided.
