Connecting to Your Cervix
Your cervix is at the seat of your womb. She is the powerhouse calling the shots. Many times, if we’ve been bypassing her communication of pain, soreness, she can go numb to protect us. She is incredibly wise and protective. This embodiment practice is a slow dive to reacclimate with her. This can be done internally OR externally, even over clothes. As you begin to cultivate a relationship with your cervix, this can be done daily to check your cervix position and how she changes throughout the phases of your cycle.
PREPARE YOUR SPACE
-Find a comfortable (private) space: on your bed, your floor with blankets and pillows, on a couch
-Have a clean unscented oil or lubrication: Clean meaning only use oils that are unscented to be used internally. You may find that you have enough natural lubrication and this is not needed.
-Ground into your space: light a candle, dim the lights, have a crystal or anything you need to support you.
-Take your time and go at your own pace. You can pause the recording at any time that you need extra time to go slow.
