Module 6 Tracking Your Cycle-The Ritual

The Check-in

At the end of each day, create space to check-in with yourself and jot down any findings about your energy, mood, food cravings, cervical discharge. You can do this in a journal you already have or use the PDF to print out a tracking journal.


PREPARE YOUR SPACE

-Find a comfortable (private) space: on your bed, your floor with blankets and pillows, on a couch

-Place a hand on your heart and a hand on your womb

-Take a few deep breaths

-Ask your body how today was for her

-Ask your womb how today was for her

-Take note of the foods you wanted to eat or craved

-Take note of your energy and mood throughout the day

-Any messages come through?


To Print:

-Print the first page on card stock to make the cover sturdier.

-Print the rest of the pages front and back .

-You can make each booklet for one month or print for multiple months in each booklet.


Journal Prompts

  • At the end of the month take note of any patterns in your mood, energy levels, cervical fluid, pms symptoms, food cravings.

  • Over a few months, look at each phase over the months to see any similarities.
